  • 1/4 cup coffee
  • 2 tbs cocoa
  • 2 tbs peanut butter
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1 cup milk (of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup ice

Berry Blaster

Perhaps berries are your flavor of choice. This recipe brings antioxidants and protein to the party with a delicious fruit blend.

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder or 2 tbs plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 2 tbs sliced almonds/walnuts for topping (optional)

Parsley, ginger and cucumber give this exotic smoothie a little spice, while pineapple and coconut sweeten things up.

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks

  • 1 tsp ginger (peeled)
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
